Key Capabilities & Application Scope
The JC15/SZN1.5 wire-to-board strip connectors are available in various configurations, ranging from 2-pin to 20-pin. Each connector has a maximum current rating of 0.7A AC/DC and can withstand voltages up to 50V, making it suitable for low- and medium-power applications. The connector is designed to operate in a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, including the temperature rise when powered.

These wire-to-board strip connectors are designed specifically for PCB mounting with a compact 1.5mm pitch layout. They are perfect for low-to-medium power interconnect systems where high configuration flexibility (from 2-pin to 20-pin) is required in compact spaces.
Each circuit config has a maximum current rating of 0.7A AC/DC, and can handle a maximum operating voltage of 50V AC/DC. In addition, the systems are designed to withstand voltages up to 500V AC (rms).
These systems support wire gauges from AWG #30 to #26 with a maximum insulation outer diameter of 1.10mm. They are fully compatible with standard PCB board thicknesses ranging from 1.6mm to 2.0mm.
The housings are constructed using durable Nylon 66 UL94V-0 flame-retardant material. The terminals are crafted from premium phosphor bronze base material and finished with tin and gold plating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance.
The connector kits are rated for operation within a wide temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, ensuring reliability even under temperature spikes caused by active electrical currents.
